There is also a non-refundable registration fee of $50.All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.The initial payable course fee will be for minimally four or five lessons (depending on the class schedule) for the month of enrolment. In the event that the enrolment takes place after the first lesson(s) of the month, a course fee of at least four lessons is still required, following which any additional outstanding course fees will be accounted for, and deducted from the following month’s course fees.Fees for the month will be payable on the last week of the prior month to guarantee the Student’s class slot.If payment is not received by the due date, the class slots may be permanently released to the next Student in the waiting list.A $20 administration surcharge will be payable if late payment is received after the start of the month. All fees are subject to review and revision.Illum.e operates on a first-come-first-served basis, and thus early registration and payment, which secures the class slot, is recommended. The deposit (2 weeks of course fee) serves as a withholding deposit, which will be used to offset the last two weeks of lessons at the end of the academic year.If a Student wishes to withdraw from any class, he/she will need to provide illum.e with a one month notice before the last lesson. No refunds will be given for unused portions of the fees. Absence PolicyIt is the responsibility of the Student and/or to inform the centre if the child is absent for a lesson at least 6 hours before the class commences. In the unforeseen event where a Student is absent without having informed the centre six hours prior to the lesson, no tuition fee refund will be given. In the event, the Student and/or has given prior notice about their valid absence, the Student is expected to proactively seek the centre administrators or tutors for make-up lessons in face to face or online provided that there is a vacant slot for the Student.illum.e’s tutors are not obligated to reteach the Student during subsequent lessons, and it will be up to the goodwill of the tutors to assist the Students.
